| All our staff are specially selected for their skills and personality. We ensure that they attend regular internal and external training courses organised by the Proprietors. All staff are encouraged to achieve NVQ'S.
Our emphasis has to be, of course, on delivering top quality care to meet the needs of our residents. However, all the staff and residents at Croft House are friendly and relaxed. The home itself has a warm and caring atmosphere.
The Proprietors live 10 minutes away and have owned Croft House since 1987.
Croft House is a member of the National Care Homes Association and the Bradford and District Registered Care Homes Association.
